Return Policy

  • If you change your mind for any reason on any item you’ve purchased from us, as a customer you have the choice of full refund including shipping for major faults regardless of any other factor (discounted product etc.).

         What is a major problem?

  • A product or good has a major problem when:
  • it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
  • it is unsafe
  • it is significantly different from the sample or description
  • it doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.
  • You are welcome to return any default items within 30 days ( vis AFTERPAY payment method customers please check
  • information down below) please email to customercare@cheekywawa.com with your return shipment invoice, we do provide store credit (refund vouchers) or full amount refund that you paid for including all the return shipping cost.
  • Once received, we will issue you with a credit note(refund voucher) for the value of the item(s) you are returning or full amount refund via your payment method.
  • Change of mind includes instances where a style didn’t suit you, did not fit you how you wanted or expected it to, and any reason other than where our returns team assess an item as faulty.

  • Once processed, you will be issued with a credit note via email to the email address used to place the order,  If you placed your order using Afterpay, you will not be issued with a credit note and your Afterpay payment plan will be canceled instead. If you have paid anything, this amount will also be refunded.
  • Please note, we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs for regular returns.
  • AFTERPAY RETURNS (AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS)If you purchased using our buy now pay later service with Afterpay, you are welcome to return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of any amounts paid to date. All remaining debits will be canceled. If you have any queries regarding your Afterpay payments or account, please don’t hesitate to contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729 or at info@afterpay.com.au. Please note, sale items or items purchased during a promotional period are unable to be returned.

REFUND VOUCHER  POLICY(STORE CREDIT)

  1. Vouchers are valid for all online purchases.
  2. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable.
  3. No reissue or reimbursement for any lost or void voucher.
  4. Vouchers can only be used once.
  5. Proudbears.com will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:
  6. Your purchase, redemption and/or use of any Voucher;
  7. Your inability to use any Voucher due to lost or forgotten or void or as a result of your giving the wrong contact information; or
  8. The use of any Voucher by any person(s) not authorized or approved by you.
  9. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace any Voucher with another product or program of equivalent value from time to time without any prior notice.
  • Please shop carefully as we do not accept returns for the following:
    • Sale items – this includes any item in any of our sale collections or items purchased during a sitewide end of season sale
    • Intimates/lingerie
    • Swimwear – including tops
    • Hair accessories and hats
    • Jewellery – all types
    • Makeup

If the item you are returning is not any of the above, your return will be accepted if:

  • A Returns Authorisation Number (RA) has been issued to you and you have included this in your return;
  • Your return is received by us within 30 days of delivery) – proof of shipment within this timeframe is also fine;
  • The returned item is in its original sellable condition ie. it is unworn, unwashed, unmarked and has all tags attached; and
  • The item does not have any fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks on it.

RETURN POLICY

All returned orders will be issued with either a credit note or refund to the value of the item(s) returned, less any shipping costs. (Online credit notes are valid for 12 months and refunds are only valid to Australian customers that paid with Afterpay). You must submit your return request within 30 days of placing your order. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is deemed to have a major fault by our customer care department, including instances where a style didn’t suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:

• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Products received without authorisation.
• Products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 30% off) or on markdown/final sale.
• Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear bottoms (including one pieces and sets).
• Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
• Products without their tags attached.
• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
• Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes, fake tan, deodorant and makeup.

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

RETURN POSTAGE

Australian and US customers can print a return label from the portal, the cost of the label is deducted from your return outcome.

The label is $12.95AUD for Australian customers and $15AUD for US customers. Rest of world customers need to provide postage at their own cost.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
