In order to simplify and speed up the process of obtaining suitable products, CHEEKYWAWA only
provides return and no exchange services NO refund

Please read through our returns policy below carefully as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase with us.
LODGE A RETURN 
To request a return, please head to our returns portal by clicking on the button below and follow the prompts. 
If you believe an item you’ve purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you’re missing an item, contact us at customercare@cheekywawa.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 60 days of receiving your order. 
Once you’ve submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.
For Australian and US customers, the cost of the returns label will be deducted from your return outcome, whether it be a store credit or an Afterpay ,Laybuy ,Klarna refund (Australian Customers only). Please scroll down for further information.
RETURN POLICY
All returned orders will be issued with either a credit note or refund to the value of the item(s) returned, less any shipping costs. (Online credit notes are valid for 12 months and refunds are only valid to Australian customers that paid with Afterpay, Laybuy ,Klarna ). You must submit your return request within 60 days of placing your order. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is deemed to have a major fault by our customer care department, including instances where a style didn’t suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to. You must submit your return request within 30 days of placing your order. 
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Products received without authorisation.
• Products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 30% off) or on markdown/final sale.
• Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear bottoms (including one pieces and sets).
• Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
• Products without their tags attached.
• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
• Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes, fake tan, deodorant and makeup.
Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.
Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
RETURN POSTAGE
Australian and US customers can print a return label from the portal, the cost of the label is deducted from your return outcome.
The label is $12.95AUD for Australian customers and $15AUD for US customers. Rest of world customers need to provide postage at their own cost.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
